Using Old World Style in Tiled
Some programs are easier to use with tilesheets. Here is a brief video on creating a tilesheet to make your life easier when using some map editors.
Lesson 1: OWS in Tiled
Old World Style in Tiled Lesson 1: Using a tilesheet in TIled from R. A. Hapke's Old World Style set 1: World View, this tutorial is a beginning lesson on creating continent bases.
An Introduction to Tiled
An introduction for TIled from mapeditor.org. Originally designed for game developers, Tiled makes for a phenomenal map editor for RPG maps too! Save your work as jpgs, pngs or other formats to import into your VTT. Artwork by Russ Hapke.
Lesson 2: Using set 3 as an alt. base

In this quick tutorial, I bring in coastline pieces from Old World Style set 3: Cracks & Contours. Set 3 is very much a complimentary set, but a set that could be seen as a sleeper hit. With transparencies below the land mass, these pieces help add to the multilayer effects rendered so easily through map editing programs like Tiled
